These thermocouples are designed for temperature measurement in high-temperature gaseous medium which does not destroy thermowell material.
Movable fittings UNKJ 031, UNKJ 041 (see section 11) are used for thermocouple installation at site.
Heat-resistant metal thermowell is used with TCB (TCS, TCR) 01.06 thermocouples.
Thermowell is made of heat-resistant steel CrNi78Т, heat-resistant alloy Fe-Cr-45%Ni or Kanthal АРМ alloy.
Thermowell outer diameter D: 7, 10, 20, 27 mm. Leak-proof safety fittings.
TCB (TCS, TCR) 01.16 thermocouple is equipped with assembly thermowell. Assembly thermowell is recommended for heat-resistant tube consumption reduction and thermocouple cost saving. High temperature section 800 or 1000 mm long is made of heat-resistant alloy Fe-Cr-45%Ni or Kanthal APM correspondingly. Extension part is made of AISI 310 steel. Two thermowell parts are welded together by argon-arc welding. Temperature at welding point during operation should not exceed 1000°С.
Work point structure of TCS, TCR (TCB) 01.06 and 01.16 thermocouples with various thermowell diameters is given in the pictures. Inner thermowell is made of ceramics, thus, it is necessary to protect thermocouple from mechanical impact during installation and operation. Ceramic tube damage results in quick thermocouple wire destruction.

For measuring circuit connection thermocouples can be equipped with thermocouple adapter ATPP
