UNKJ 030 movable mounting flange
This flange is designed for installation with thermocouples, modifications 01.05, 01.06, 01.09, 01.12, 01.20, 01.21, 01.25, and also TCS (TCB) 01.06; 01.16; 01.20; 01.21; 01.22 and PRTD (CRTD) 102.
Flange material – steel 12Cr18Ni10Т, pin material – steel 20Cr13. Graphlex rings pressed from thermally expanded graphite are used as a sealing (item 1, picture 1). For installation ease it is possible to cut graphlex ring at 45 angle°. Pin surface should not have indention, dint, scratch and other defects that can damage sealing efficiency. Graphlex ring is a reusable sealing. In case of sealing reuse it is necessary to check state of sealing surfaces. Before installation it is necessary to thoroughly clean packing box, and follow rings relationship during assembly.
Maximum allowable water temperature: +330°С; air: +400°С; steam: +450°С.
Nominal (rated) pressure РN depending on flange size - up to 1,0 MPa.
Flange size – according to GOST 12821-80, ASME В 16.5-2003; or DIN EN1092-1. Standard size as shown at the picture 2 is supplied on default.
Nominal (rated) flange pressure PN should be selected in the following range: 1; 25; 6; 1; 16; 25; 40; 63 kgf/sm2.
Rated flange bore diameter DN should be selected in the range: 20; 25; 32; 40; 50; 65; 80 mm.
