UNKJ 019

Thermowells are designed for temperature sensors protection from mechanical or chemical impact of working medium in pressurized vessels, pipelines and other units, in which additional sensor protection is required.
UNKJ 020, UNKJ 024, UNKJ 124 thermowells have solid sheath. UNKJ 019 has a seamless tube sheath.
Thermowell flanges are produced according to GOST 12815, ASME B16.5, DIN 1092-1, GOST R 54432, and in compliance with customer's requirements specification including design documentation development and approval. Sealing surface versions are given in the table No. 1 of "UNKJ thermowells" section.
Thermowell material: S10 – steel 12Cr18Ni10Т, S08 – 08Cr18Ni10Т or S13 – 10Cr17Ni13М2Т, complete list of available materials is given in the table No.1 of "UNKJ thermowells" section.
We offer companion connecting flanges UNKJ 037 (see "UNKJ units and components" section), and also gaskets and fastenings (see "Components, additional equipment" section) for thermowell connection to units, equipment, vessels and tanks.
Coupling design of UNKJ thermowell flange and Immersion part is covered by utility model patent No. 39225.
